設計從組織架構與協作模式出發，重新編排空間的邊界與關係；依據分工類型與作業習慣，發展多種辦公家具與會議形式；回應日常運作與客戶來訪需求，建立不同層級的參訪與會議動線；考慮未來發展的可能，預留人員擴張與空間調整的彈性。
空間以質密但可穿透的材料作為界面，調節光線與視覺層次，同時引導動線。視線與活動在不同區域之間交錯延伸，使空間在結構清晰的同時，保持持續流動的狀態。從專注、討論到協作，皆能在同一系統中自然切換，讓使用隨時間與需求不斷調整。
進入這樣的辦公室，我們可以看到一種正在運作的狀態——結構清晰、關係流動，企業的理念與工作方式，在其中被自然地展開。 -
- Centered on the company’s culture and operational strategy, we created an open and adaptable workspace for this rapidly growing IT company that is structured with clarity. -
The design started by integrating the company’s organizational structure and modes of collaboration with spatial boundaries and relationships. Through this process, a variety of workstations and meeting settings were developed based on different roles and working modes. In response to daily operations and client visits, distinct circulation paths for access and meetings were established; with future growth in mind, flexibility was embedded to accommodate team expansion and spatial adjustments.
The space is defined by dense yet permeable materials, acting as interfaces to modulate light and visual depth while guiding movement. Sightlines and activities extend and overlap across zones, allowing the space to remain continuously fluid within a clearly structured system. Transitions between focused work, discussion, and collaboration happen naturally within a unified framework, enabling the space to adapt over time and through use.
Entering this office, a state in operation can be observed where structure is clear and relationships remain fluid, and where the company’s values and ways of working are naturally revealed through space.
